The Main Conference Days
On conference days, delegates are encouraged to arrive early to complete registration, enjoy a hot breakfast, and connect with fellow attendees ahead of the presentations. The registration desk will be staffed throughout the event, and I will be available on-site throughout the programme to assist with any logistical questions or support you may need.
Following the first set of presentations, delegates will enjoy a refreshment break before taking part in a dedicated speed networking session. This session is designed to put a face to a name, offering structured opportunities for face-to-face conversations with key opinion leaders, leading companies, and innovative researchers within the immune resetting field. Speed networking provides a valuable platform to establish meaningful professional connections that can be built upon throughout the remainder of the conference. Delegates are encouraged to bring business cards or LinkedIn QR codes to make the most of this session, with onsite support available to facilitate introductions and ensure productive engagement.
After the next round of presentations, delegates will enjoy a hot meal and additional networking time. This informal setting allows conversations started earlier in the day to continue and develop naturally.
The day concludes with our poster session, an engaging and interactive forum showcasing the research and work of those in attendance. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in a relaxed atmosphere that encourages meaningful discussion and peer-to-peer exchange. This session provides an opportunity to explore a range of poster presentations, gain insight into current developments that may not be published yet, and showcase individual research in the field of immune resetting. Delegates are encouraged to submit their own posters and take part in this collaborative exchange of ideas.
To support a seamless onsite experience, discounted room rates have been negotiated at the conference hotel, allowing delegates to stay conveniently on location and fully engage with the programme.
